These meditations work beautifully alongside your other sessions or packages, and just as well completely on their own — a quick restart whenever you need to come back to yourself.
A call of 30 minutes is enough. Beforehand, Michela will send you a link of frequencies to start listening to before your call, and you're welcome to keep listening after — a way to keep your connection to the magical realm alive between sessions.
