Long before screens, before candles even, people looked up at the sun and let it look back. This is that practice — but not as you've seen it explained anywhere else. What Michela channeled and brought to life is a fusion: mantras, breath, and technique woven directly into the act of gazing, calling on the power of the Sun itself — Ra, the old fire, the first god of light — to burn the veil off your third eye and let it open fully.
The fairies are not a metaphor tacked on for beauty. They're the felt presence that shows up in this practice — the shimmering, playful, unmistakably alive quality people describe once the gazing deepens. You'll feel why they're in the name.
This isn't only about opening sight. Once open, that same sun-fire can be directed — to a part of your body asking for healing, or toward a goal you're actively calling in. Tell Michela what you're working with, and the session bends toward it.
How It WorksWe do this live, by call — but not watching each other on a screen. You'll be outdoors, eyes on the actual sun, fully zoomed in and present with it, while Michela guides the mantras and keeps you both in rhythm by voice alone. Practiced safely, at sunrise or sunset, when the sun is low, soft, and gentle enough to hold your gaze.
