Have your paints, watercolors, acrylics — whatever calls to you — ready before the session. No skill required. You paint in real time as the session moves through you, guided by color, symbol, and intuition. What emerges on the canvas is yours alone.

🪘 Through Sound

If paint doesn't speak to you, this session can be held through music and sacred instruments instead — connected live with a traditional native musician from South America, whose sound carries the memory of the earth itself. Rhythm, vibration, and ancestral song as the medium of your return.

What Happens in the Hour

✦ The session opens with a short grounding — settling into your body, releasing the noise of the day, and entering the creative field consciously.

✦ Yeasua enters the space. His presence alone shifts something — decades of devotion to transcendental art carried in how he sees, speaks, and moves. You don't follow instructions. You follow what his field stirs in you. (If you choose the painting option)

✦ You create. Through paint or through sound — whatever your chosen path — freely, without goal or judgment. Michela holds the space and guides you inward as you go.

✦ The session closes with integration — a few quiet minutes to receive what surfaced, what moved, what came back online inside you.
