What This Is

Your chakras are the seven spinning wheels of light that run from the base of your spine to the crown of your head — the bridge between your physical body and your energetic one. Think of them as a single column of current, each wheel handing its charge up to the next: root feeding sacral, sacral feeding solar plexus, all the way up through the heart, the throat, the third eye, and out through the crown. When the current runs clean, you barely notice it — you just feel like yourself, steady and whole. But life leaves marks along that column. A harsh word lodges in the throat. An old fear settles in the root. Grief thickens around the heart. Over time these spots dim, clog, or start spinning too fast trying to compensate, and the whole line loses its flow.
